As your child’s primary care pediatrician, we provide well-child checks to observe and evaluate your child’s physical, mental, and emotional growth over time. This is done to ensure that your child is healthy and achieving all the important developmental milestones for his or her age. Well-child checks include the documenting of your child’s vital statistics such as height and weight, a routine physical exam, periodic screening tests for vision and hearing, preventive screening for medical conditions that run in the family (if appropriate), and important information on what to expect as your child grows and approaches the next stage of development. 

The first few days and weeks of a baby’s life can be a trying time for both new parents and even experienced parents.
